Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

Chris Barnes succeeded on a side by side lift of the famous Dinnie Stones at Potarch on 3/11/21. Chris' feat was witnessed by Brett Nicol, Jim & Rosemary Splaine, Lydia Nicol & the crowd of spectators and lifters in attendance.
